f33e6a77a3 bro can't stop committing 
1. Added `tree-sitter-cli` as a Rust package/dependancy
2. Updated README accordingly
3. Changed the default vault paths in obsidian.lua to my actual paths.
(Imagine copy and pasting the default, what a loser)
